You gave me the support I need and knowing that you are going through the same things I go through helped so much. I started yesterday eating whole eggs. Normally I make an omlette with Egg whites, veggies and beans, but you said you eat 3 whole eggs. I figured let me give it a try... OMG so much better and more filling. It kept me more satisfied. I also stay away from fruit and carbs(rice,bread...etc) because like you, they have a negative impact on my body. I will eat a grapefruit once in a while. <br /><br />Try GREEK non-fat plain yogart.
